Lee Ventre
Owner
Lee is the owner and founder of Paragon Tax & Accounting and has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting and tax fields in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She received her education from Stonehill College with her Bachelor of Science and Anna Maria College with her MBA. She is also a veteran who served in both the Navy and Army Reserves. Lee also became an Enrolled Agent in 2021 which allows her the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
Heather Heiser
Accountant
Heather is an accounting professional with nearly two decades of experience working in both public and nonprofit accounting. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in accounting, graduating with honors from San Francisco State University. As an accountant, Heather understands the importance of maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely and reliable information. She is proficient in QuickBooks, and has extensive experience in reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. She is also knowledgeable in payroll processing and tax preparation. In addition to her technical skills, she is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. Heather takes pride in her work and strives to provide the highest level of service to her clients.
